Lauren Ann says about the song: "It’s about being in a relationship and then one of your friends is getting involved. You’re not angry at them but you’re also not happy about it and don’t know what to do,” she explains. “There’s also a bit of envy in there too, because they’re cooler than you and you’re scared that they might take this person that you like"
Abbacaxi - "More Than I Need"
Up-and-coming Irish multi-instrumentalist Abbacaxi, talks about the need for simplicity with his new single More Than I Need - a funky 70s disco groove with a classic house vibe that showcases Abbacaxi's versatility and proves he is a multi-dimensional artist.
Abbacaxi says on the song: "I wrote this track because I was getting tired of the unpredictability of certain things in my life, which had great value. Over time I started to feel that perhaps less is more. Maybe these things weren't as important as I initially thought, and life could be just as good without them."

Gal Musette says about the song: "It started out as a letter and later turned into a song. To me this song is about feeling alone in a crowd, feeling ignored by the one person you want attention from, and having the epiphany of what all these millions of love songs are about on this planet."

Michael Kerr - "Life Goes On"
Ahead of the release of his forthcoming EP due out in 2022, Belfast singer/songwriter Michael Kerr shares his first haunting single Life Goes On - a soothing, emotional song that talks about how to pick up the pieces of a broken life and move on. A powerful reminder that no matter what happens in your life, you need to keep moving forward.
Michael says about the song: "I wanted to present the song as an emotive piece of storytelling as opposed to the usual me sitting on a bar stool playing the song. I was introduced to Dan through Doot Doot Music and I loved the previous work he’d done with other local artists and he’s hit the nail on the head with this video. I was not only delighted with it but I was also delighted that I didn’t have to be in it. I'm really looking forward to sharing it"
